Long Meadows Cottage

1. No pets, hen or stag party's
2. no smoking in the property due to insurance, if caught you will be asked to leave immediately.
3. Please make sure young children are supervised at all times due to the close proximity of the on site pond. We also advise that the main bedroom may not be suitable for young children due to the mezzanine floor.
4. We have no liability when you are using the country club leisure facilities so please adhere to their guidlines.
5. If you have any complaints please inform either Graham or Kate as soon as possible so we can do our best to rectify the situation.
6. Any booking cancellations two weeks before arrival will forfeit all fees paid.
7. Please report any damage you notice immediately after your arrival - should any damage come to light after the guest has departed we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card. We will however make every effort to try and rectify damage internally prior to using specialised contractors to keep costs to a minimum. But we do reserve the right to charge for any damage caused either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. (We realise accidents happen so please just inform us of any damage)
8. You must inform us of the number of people staying in the cottage. If found to be more than stated you will be asked to leave and forfeit fees paid.
9. We have no liability to any personal injury or death, or any damage or loss to personal property.
10. We recommend that all our guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances which may result in their holiday being cancelled.
